1. Overview

Digital Dojo LLC ("Digital Dojo") provides project-based AI and software development services. Because our work is custom and labor-intensive, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project and the terms outlined in the applicable Statement of Work ("SOW").

2. Project-Based Services

All project scopes, milestones, and payment schedules are defined in a mutually agreed SOW before work begins. If the project scope needs to change during the engagement, modifications are handled through formal SOW amendments agreed upon by both parties.

3. Deposits & Milestone Payments

Projects typically require an upfront deposit to secure scheduling and begin work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Milestone payments are due upon completion and approval of each project phase as defined in the SOW. Payments for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. Payments for milestones not yet started at the time of cancellation are fully refundable.

4. Cancellation

Either party may cancel an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon cancellation: (a) the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date; (b) any work-in-progress on an active milestone will be billed proportionally based on completion percentage; and (c) prepaid amounts for unstarted milestones will be refunded within 30 business days.

5. Disputes

If you believe a deliverable does not meet the specifications outlined in the SOW, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include revisions at no additional cost or a partial refund for the affected milestone.
